Information from Third-party Social Media Services
The Company allows You to create an account and log in to the Service using the following Third-party Social Media Services:

- Instagram If You choose to register or log in through a Third-party Social Media Service, We may collect personal data that’s already linked to Your account – such as Your name, email address, activity, or contact list. You might also have the option to share additional information with Us through Your social media account. If You choose to do so, whether during registration or later, You’re giving Us permission to use, share, and store that information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collected while Using the Application
While using our Application, and only with Your prior permission, We may collect the following information to support certain features:

- Photos and other data from Your Device’s camera or photo library
- Your health and medical information
We use this information to provide and improve features of Our Service and to personalize Your experience. This data may be uploaded to Our servers or those of Our Service Providers, or it may simply remain stored on Your Device.

These are sent to Your browser from the websites that You visit and are stored on Your Device’s internal memory. This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the CosmoHub app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to Your Device. If You choose to refuse Our cookies, You may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
Use of Your Personal Data
We use Your Personal Data for the following purposes, in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) where they apply. The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring how the Service is used.

- To send You news, special offers, and general information about products, services, and events We offer that are similar to those You’ve already purchased or asked about – unless You’ve chosen not to receive this type of information.
- To manage Your requests: to attend and manage Your requests to Us.
- For business transfers: We may use Your information as part of evaluating or carrying out a merger, sale, restructuring, reorganization, or other transfer of some or all of Our assets. This could include a sale as part of a bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar event, where Your Personal Data may be among the transferred assets.
- For additional purposes, such as data analysis, usage trend identification, marketing effectiveness, and improving Our Service and user experience — only where permitted by law and based on our legitimate interests or Your consent.

If You interact with other users or register through a Third-Party Social Media Service, Your contacts on the Third-Party Social Media Service may see Your name, profile, pictures and description of Your activity. Similarly, other users will be able to view descriptions of Your activity, communicate with You and view Your profile.
- With Your consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent.
We process Your Personal Data based on one or more of the following legal grounds:

- Withdraw any consent You previously gave Us to process your personal information.
- Delete your CosmoHub account by following the instructions in the Service. You may update or correct Your personal information at any time by accessing Your Profile page in the app. If You would like to access, delete, or otherwise exercise any of Your data protection rights, You can submit a request by emailing Us at: cosmohub.app@gmail.com.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with Our legal obligations (for example, if We are required to retain Your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce Our legal agreements and policies.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Account deletion and data retention

Business Transactions
