  • Country refers to: Ukraine.

  • Service refers to the Application.
  • Service Provider: any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company. This includes third-party companies or individuals hired by the Company to help deliver the Service, provide it on Our behalf, perform related services, or assist Us in analyzing how the Service is used.
  • Third-party Social Media Service: a social media platform or website you can use to sign up for or log into the Service.
  • Usage Data: information collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
  • You: the person using the Service, or the business or legal entity that person represents.

We automatically collect Usage Data when You use the Service.

Information from Third-party Social Media Services

The Company allows You to create an account and log in to the Service using the following Third-party Social Media Services:

  • Instagram If You choose to register or log in through a Third-party Social Media Service, We may collect personal data that’s already linked to Your account – such as Your name, email address, activity, or contact list. You might also have the option to share additional information with Us through Your social media account. If You choose to do so, whether during registration or later, You’re giving Us permission to use, share, and store that information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using our Application, and only with Your prior permission, We may collect the following information to support certain features:

  • Photos and other data from Your Device’s camera or photo library
  • Your health and medical information

We use this information to provide and improve features of Our Service and to personalize Your experience. This data may be uploaded to Our servers or those of Our Service Providers, or it may simply remain stored on Your Device.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time in Your Device settings.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to Your browser from the websites that You visit and are stored on Your Device’s internal memory. This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the CosmoHub app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to Your Device. If You choose to refuse Our cookies, You may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

Use of Your Personal Data

We use Your Personal Data for the following purposes, in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) where they apply. The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring how the Service is used.
  • To manage Your account, including your registration as a user. The Personal Data You provide allows access to features available to registered users.
  • To fulfill a contract, including processing and managing any purchases or agreements You make through the Service.
  • To contact You, by email, phone, SMS, or push notifications from the app – for updates or important information about features, products, services, or security updates, when necessary or appropriate. You may opt out of receiving non-essential messages (e.g. marketing) in Your Device settings.
  • To send You news, special offers, and general information about products, services, and events We offer that are similar to those You’ve already purchased or asked about – unless You’ve chosen not to receive this type of information.
  • To manage Your requests: to attend and manage Your requests to Us.
  • For business transfers: We may use Your information as part of evaluating or carrying out a merger, sale, restructuring, reorganization, or other transfer of some or all of Our assets. This could include a sale as part of a bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar event, where Your Personal Data may be among the transferred assets.
  • For additional purposes, such as data analysis, usage trend identification, marketing effectiveness, and improving Our Service and user experience — only where permitted by law and based on our legitimate interests or Your consent.

We may share Your personal information in the following situations:

  • With Service Providers: We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, to contact You.

  • With Affiliates: We may share Your information with Our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.   • With other users: when You share personal information or otherwise interact in the public areas with other users, such information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside. If You interact with other users or register through a Third-Party Social Media Service, Your contacts on the Third-Party Social Media Service may see Your name, profile, pictures and description of Your activity. Similarly, other users will be able to view descriptions of Your activity, communicate with You and view Your profile.
  • With Your consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent.

Your Data Subject Rights

You also have the following rights in relation to the personal information We hold about You, in addition to any other rights required by applicable law:

  • Request that We correct any inaccurate personal information about You.
  • Export the personal information You have provided to the CosmoHub app in a format that can be transferred electronically to a third party.
  • Withdraw any consent You previously gave Us to process your personal information.
  • Delete your CosmoHub account by following the instructions in the Service. You may update or correct Your personal information at any time by accessing Your Profile page in the app. If You would like to access, delete, or otherwise exercise any of Your data protection rights, You can submit a request by emailing Us at: cosmohub.app@gmail.com.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with Our legal obligations (for example, if We are required to retain Your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce Our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

We define retention periods based on legal requirements, business needs, and Your privacy expectations. Where possible, We minimize the data We collect and the time We store it.

Account deletion and data retention

When You delete Your account, We will deactivate it immediately. However, some of Your Personal Data may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or address refund requests. After this period, Your Personal Data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

Your information, including Personal Data, may be processed at the Company’s operating offices and at other locations where the parties involved in processing are based. By consenting to this Privacy Policy and submitting Your information, You agree to this transfer of Your Personal Data.

Business Transactions
